Rawsta McKenna and Petaaaa Mon

Today I went in search of the rest of the coconuts Peter harvested. As Junko and I were getting in the car Peter was pulling into the beach to check the waves. Brother mon had jackfruit in the back and so he took his irie machette and hooked it up for us. I asked if he knew where I could acquire royal quality cacao butter and sure enough he had the hook up with McKenna in town. We drove there where McKenna and his ital friends were. He had just got fresh butter from the other side along with goji berries, maca, cacao pods, cuban bananas, and list goes on and on of vital foods. I hooked them up with shilajit and we had an exchange of goods and it was in the flow. Peter was sharing coconuts with his friends and being alkaline as usual:). I am stoked to know McKenna and this wonderful connection and resource.

Rise Above

Word of the Day:
Humus (Latin - "soil ") is the organic material in soil lending it a dark brown or black colouration.

In soil science, humus refers to any organic matter which has reached a point of stability, where it will break down no further and might, if conditions do not change, remain essentially as it is for centuries, if not millennia[1].

In agriculture, humus is sometimes also used to describe mature compost, or natural compost extracted from a forest or other spontaneous source for use to amend soil. It is also used to describe a topsoil horizon that contains organic matter (humus type, humus form, humus profile).
