Today I am in the canyon up in Malibu for a few days and I just got back from a sick run and playing tennis when I came up the stairs and saw Zoie resting and letting the warmth of the rays embrace her. She meditates alot, but has her own agenda and does what she wishes. With silky, gray hair and green eyes like a swamp she has a rare beauty about her. How she can be so content to lay around and just be.

You know that song Freak on a Leash? I really admire the lyrics of that song. Some might wonder, how does the rawstagirl that enjoys positive thoughts and affirmations think so highly of these lyrics as many would say they are somber and dark. That is exactly true they may be both somber and dark, but what speaks to me in this type of music is truth. These artists are sharing their souls, how many people actually have the guts to do that? They are releasing inner conflict, to me this is healthy. Korn and Amy Lee do this song acoustically which I think is a master piece.
